COMMON CONCERNS

Everyone's experience of their menopause is unique.

Not all women have symptoms during the hormonal changes of menopause but many women do. They may be mild or severe in nature and they can come and go over time. 

​

Common concerns in menopause include hot flashes, night sweats, problems with sleep, mood changes, weight gain, vaginal dryness, pain with sex, decreased sexual desire, urinary urgency, frequency, urinary tract infections and urinary incontinence.

​

The process of going through perimenopause and into menopause is a continuum and women can experience a variety of symptoms at various stages of this process.
