COMMON CONCERNS

Everyone's experience of their perimenopause is unique.

Not all women have symptoms during the hormonal changes of perimenopause and but many women do. They may be mild or severe in nature and they can come and go over time. 


Common concerns in perimenopause include irregular periods, hot flashes, night sweats, problems with sleep, mood changes, joint pain, thinning hair, increasing wrinkles and weight gain.

The process of going through perimenopause and into menopause is a continuum and women can experience a variety of symptoms at various stages of this process. These symptoms typically become milder over time and can last from a few months to many years.
